Military Post with the necessary buildings I forward of the Western Shore line as by the relinquishment, by the Navy of their Dock Yard at West-point, an old Iron Gun Battery barbette, of which the Stone Parapets and Store Platform are in good order, can be obtained from the Colonial Government, and though not very useful alone it would be valuable as an accessory Defence.
